Made this Meatloaf for dinner. No one ever likes my posts. Does this not look good?
This is classic comfort food made with ground beef, onions, bell pepper, cheddar cheese, Ritz crackers and a sweet, savory glaze on top!
Ingredients:
1 onion, finely chop
1/4 cup Kraft Calorie Wise Italian dressing
1-1/2 pounds of lean beef
3/4 c Heinz ketchup, divide
1 kg (120 g) pack of low-sodium chicken stuff mix
3/4 c water
2 egg whites
1/2 c cheddar-cheese
Methods:
Oven heat 374 degrees Fahrenheit
Put the onions and sauce in a large non-stick skillet.
Cook over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown, stirring constantly.

Mix meat, onion, 1/4 c of ketchup, filling blend, water, & egg whites.
Shape blend to 10×5-inch loaves in a 13-by-9-inch baking plate sprayed with cooking spray; Covering it with the rest of the ketchup.
Baking about 51 to 61 min or to meatloaf is cooking through (160°F).
Cover with cheese and cook for 2 minutes or cheese melts.
