**Ingredients:**
– **1.5 lbs (680g) sirloin steak** (cut into bite-sized cubes)
– **2 tablespoons vegetable oil**
– **4 tablespoons unsalted butter**
– **4 cloves garlic**, minced
– **1 teaspoon dried thyme**
– **1 teaspoon dried rosemary**
– **Salt and pepper**, to taste
– **Fresh parsley**, chopped (for garnish, optional)
**Instructions:**
1. **Season Steak:** Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
2. **Heat Oil:** Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. **Cook Steak:** Add steak cubes to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set them aside.
4. **Make Garlic Butter:** In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium. Add butter, minced garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Cook until the garlic is fragrant but not burned, about 1-2 minutes.
