Ingredients:
β’ 2 ribeye steaks
β’ 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
β’ 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
β’ 1 tbsp olive oil
β’ 2 cloves garlic, minced
β’ 2 tbsp butter
β’ Fresh parsley for garnish
β’ Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
1. Season steaks with salt and pepper, then sear in olive oil to desired doneness. Set aside.
2. In the same pan, add butter and garlic, then cook shrimp with Cajun seasoning until pink.
3. Serve the steak with Cajun shrimp on top or on the side, garnished with parsley and lemon wedges.
Notes:
β’ Serve with roasted vegetables or a baked potato.
