Ingredients:
– 2 ribeye steaks
– 1 lb jumbo shrimp
– 1 lb scallops
– 1/2 cup butter
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp dried oregano
– 1 tsp dried basil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
Step 1: Marinate the Steak
Season the ribeye steaks with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2: Prepare the Garlic Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Set aside.
Step 3: Cook the Steak
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer to your desired doneness. Remove from heat and let them rest.
Step 4: Cook the Seafood
In the same skillet, add the shrimp and scallops. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and the scallops are opaque.
Step 5: Finish with Garlic Butter
Pour the garlic butter over the steak and seafood. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
