4-ingredient Biscoff Lasagne
Ingredients:
2 cups Biscoff cookie spread
2 cups heavy cream
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 package Biscoff cookies, for layering
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
In another bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with Biscoff cookie spread until smooth.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the Biscoff mixture until well combined, being careful not to deflate the cream.
In a serving dish, start by laying a layer of Biscoff cookies. Spread a layer of the Biscoff cream mixture over the cookies.
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of the cream mixture.
Crush a few Biscoff cookies and sprinkle them over the top for decoration.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the lasagne to set and the cookies to soften.
Serve chilled directly from the fridge.
