Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta
Ingredients:
8 ounces pasta (like fusilli or penne)
6 slices bacon, chopped
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup pickles, chopped
1 tomato, diced
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove bacon from the skillet and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate.
In the same skillet, add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until browned.
Add diced onion and minced garlic to the beef, cooking until the onions are translucent. Season with salt and pepper.
Drain any excess grease from the skillet. Stir in the cooked pasta and Alfredo sauce, mixing until everything is well coated.
Add the crispy bacon back to the skillet. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
Remove from heat and top with chopped pickles, diced tomato, and sliced green onions.
Serve hot, enjoying the rich flavors of a bacon cheeseburger in pasta form.
