Must-Try BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger Mac ‘n’ Cheese Casserole
Ingredients:
1 pound elbow macaroni
1 pound ground beef
6 slices bacon, chopped
1 onion, diced
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
1 cup crushed potato chips (for topping)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the macaroni according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon and set aside. In the bacon grease, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent.
