Lasagna Garlic Knots
Ingredients:
1 pound pizza dough
1/2 cup marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 pound ground beef, cooked and drained
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the pizza dough and cut into strips about 1 inch wide.
Spread a small spoonful of marinara sauce on each strip, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, a bit of Parmesan, and some cooked ground beef.
Tie each strip into a knot and place on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Brush this mixture over each garlic knot.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
