Garlic Butter Steak Lightning Noodles
Ingredients:
1 pound steak, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 tablespoons butter
8 ounces noodles (spaghetti or linguine)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Directions:
Cook noodles according to package instructions until al dente, drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak slices with salt and pepper and sear until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter and minced garlic. Sauté until the garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper flakes to the garlic butter, stirring to combine.
Toss the cooked noodles in the skillet with the garlic butter sauce until evenly coated.
Add the cooked steak back to the skillet and mix with the noodles. Heat through for a couple of minutes.
