Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna
Ingredients:
1 (25 oz) package frozen cheese ravioli
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with the diced onion and minced garlic until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent. Drain any excess grease.
Stir in the marinara sauce, diced tomatoes, and Italian seasoning into the skillet with the beef, and simmer for about 5 minutes to combine the flavors.
In the crockpot, spread a small amount of the sauce mixture on the bottom to prevent sticking.
Place a layer of frozen ravioli over the sauce. Top with a portion of the remaining sauce and sprinkle with some of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
