Ingredients:
• 2 lobster tails (about 6 oz each)
• 1 pound sea scallops
• 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• Juice of 1 lemon
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
• Lemon wedges, for serving
Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Butterfly the lobster tails by cutting through the top shell and exposing the meat. Gently pull the meat up and rest it on top of the shell.
2️⃣ In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, and lemon juice. Brush the mixture generously over the lobster tails.
3️⃣ Arrange the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
4️⃣ While the lobster tails are baking, pat the scallops dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
5️⃣ Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the scallops for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
6️⃣ Drizzle the remaining garlic butter mixture over the scallops and cook for 1 additional minute.
7️⃣ Serve the lobster tails and scallops on a plate, garnished with chopped parsley and lemon wedges.
