Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes Skillet
✅️Ingredients:
– 500 g beef steak, sliced into strips
– 500 g baby potatoes, quartered
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
– 4 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
✅️instructions:
1. Boil the potatoes in salted water for 8–10 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak strips, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and sear for 2–3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and melt the butter. Add the garlic and thyme, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Toss the boiled potatoes in the garlic butter and cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and crispy.
5. Return the steak to the skillet and mix gently with the potatoes to warm through.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
