Breakfast Platter: Bacon, Eggs, Sausages, and Toast 🍳🥓🌭🍞

Start your day with this classic breakfast platter—simple, satisfying, and packed with all the breakfast staples!

Ingredients

4 slices of bacon 🥓

4 breakfast sausages 🌭

4 large eggs 🍳

4 slices of bread 🍞

1 tbsp butter (for eggs) 🧈

2 tbsp butter (for toast) 🧈

Salt and pepper, to taste 🧂

Optional: sliced avocado, fresh fruit, or hash browns 🥑🍓

Instructions

1. Cook the Bacon:

Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

Cook bacon slices until crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.

Remove and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.

2. Cook the Sausages:

In the same skillet, cook the breakfast sausages until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.

Remove from the skillet and keep warm.

3. Cook the Eggs:

Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in the skillet over medium heat.

Crack eggs into the skillet for sunny-side-up eggs, or whisk them in a bowl for scrambled eggs.

Cook to your desired doneness, seasoning with salt and pepper.

4. Toast the Bread:

Toast the bread slices in a toaster or skillet until golden brown.

Spread butter on each slice while warm.

5. Assemble the Platter:

Arrange the bacon, sausages, eggs, and toast on a large plate or platter.

Add optional sides like sliced avocado, fresh fruit, or hash browns if desired.
