Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Shrimp Feast
Ingredients:
For the Steak Bites:
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Shrimp:
½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tsp paprika
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
For Garnish:
Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
1️⃣ Sear the Steak Bites:
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the steak cubes in a single layer and sear for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned on all sides.
Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the Garlic and Shrimp:
In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil.
Sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
Add the shrimp, season with paprika, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
3️⃣ Combine and Flavor:
Return the steak bites to the skillet with the shrimp.
Stir in soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
Season with salt and black pepper, tossing everything to coat. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to meld the flavors.
4️⃣ Serve:
Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with freshly chopped parsley, and serve hot.
Pair with rice, mashed potatoes, or a crisp side salad for a complete meal.
