Angel Chicken Rice Casserole
Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 cups uncooked white rice
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 (1 oz) packet dry Italian salad dressing mix
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup chicken broth
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
Spread the uncooked rice evenly in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
In a bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, Italian dressing mix, melted butter, and chicken broth until well combined.
Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice.
Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and rice, ensuring the rice is fully submerged.
Cover the dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes.
Uncover, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top, and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and the rice is tender.
Serve hot, with a side of steamed vegetables or a salad for a complete meal.
